Aravind is a Senior Principal Consultant with over 14 years of experience in driving critical leadership searches in GenAI, Data Science, New Age Cognitive computing & Technology spectrum. His expertise extends across various industries, encompassing both the Indian and global markets.

Currently he leads the GTM Practice at CxSearch Global Partners, where he  plays  a pivotal role in helping clients build high-performing Sales (GTM) teams that drive revenue and growth across US, Europe and India across diverse clientele, ranging from  IT Services & Consulting, Digital Engineering, ISV’s & SaaS. He is actively involved in pursuing new client acquisitions  while nurturing and expanding the existing client portfolio. He is passionate about  executive search and excels in recruiting top-tier talent in sales, technology, digital, product, and data.

He holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Madras school of social work.
