Aravind has a successful track record of driving critical leadership searches in AI, Data Science, New Age Cognitive computing & Technology spectrum, cutting across multiple industries. He brings more than 10 years’ of experience in executive search and has extensively serviced market leaders across sectors and added value to his clients by providing them creative solutions for their talent search and talent advisory needs.

As a member of the search practice, Aravind manages several key client engagements and works closely with them to ensure successful execution of leadership search assignments ranging from start-ups to large enterprises; and also actively involved in pursuits of new client acquisitions besides mining the existing client portfolio.

Prior to joining Rinalytics, Aravind worked with ABC Consultants representing their technology practice. Earlier in his career, he was a founding employee of a boutique IT recruitment firm, HireNext Consulting wherein he was instrumental in building and growing the business.
