In 2019, Senthil orchestrated the formation of CxSearch Global Partners, now one of India’s fastest-growing multi-practice executive search and leadership advisory firms, with a rapidly expanding presence in global locations, particularly in the U.S.

As Co-founder and Managing Partner at CxSearch, Senthil jointly drives the overall firm growth, manages the Services and Consulting practice in India, and leads the development of “Growth & GTM” as a global horizontal practice. Renowned for his comprehensive approach, strategic vision and client-centric leadership, Senthil is a trusted advisor who partners with board members and C-suite leaders for high-impact senior hiring, earning recognition for his deep expertise and unwavering commitment to confidentiality.

Senthil also continues to lead Rinalytics as a thriving independent business.

He holds a B.Tech in Information Technology and an MBA in Human Resource Management, and maintains bases in both Bangalore and New Jersey. Senthil is an active angel investor in the consumer internet and environment tech space.
