Narasimhalu Senthil brings with him over 20 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, leadership advisory, and entrepreneurship across India, the US, and Europe. As the Founder of Rinalytics Advisors, he has successfully guided the company's growth from its early stages to become the leading retained search practice in AI, Data, and Analytics in India. His approach is comprehensive and specialized, and he later merged Rinalytics with CxSearch Global Partners.
As a co-founder of CxSearch Global Partners, Senthil established Rinalytics as the founding practice. In his current role as the global practice partner, he oversees the Rinalytics practice, manages Digital & Technology, and plays a pivotal role in expanding CxSearch's global business. Senthil's contributions have been instrumental in driving the worldwide presence of CxSearch.
With his extensive experience and expertise, Senthil has earned the trust of board members, investors, and executive teams of client organizations, ranging from startups to large enterprises across various industries, as a reliable executive search advisor. He has successfully executed numerous high-impact, strategic, and confidential positions.
Senthil holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from the University of Madras and an MBA in Human Resource Management. His areas of specialization encompass angel investment, executive search, and leadership advisory in Business Leadership, AI, Data, and Analytics, Digital & Technology, and GTM leadership positions.
