What You’ll Do

• Lead software architecture and development for machine vision + computer vision problems
• Build and optimize real-time image processing and control system algorithms
• Drive coding standards, reusable frameworks, automation, CI/CD and quality improvements
• Conduct design reviews, technical deep dives, RCA, and performance tuning
• Evaluate and implement modern tech (AI/ML/DL, edge computing, IoT)
• Guide and mentor engineering teams through design, development, and testing
• Collaborate with hardware and product teams for end-to-end system integration
• Interface with global engineering teams and support client discussions, planning, and estimates

What You Bring

• 12+ years in software engineering and architecture with 3+ years in technical or architectural leadership
• Strong command of C/C++/C#, system design, data structures, networking and DBMS
• Experience in working with problems related to Computer Vision/Machine Vision
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and modern version control (Git/SVN)
• Proven team leadership and complex problem-solving skills
