With more than three decades of experience in executive search, global talent acquisition, and leadership advisory, Souveek has worked with leading organizations including Reliance Industries, Connect Capital, and Syntel (Atos). He has also served as the India Partner for several leading global executive search and leadership advisory firms, where he played a significant role in shaping senior leadership talent across industries.
