Qualification: Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering, Desired: Master’s degree in Engineering or Management

Experience:

1. 20+ years of experience across Operations, Maintenance and/or Technical Services within large-scale petrochemical or process manufacturing sites.
2. Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles with end-to-end accountability for site operations.
3. Experience in operating Cracker, Polymer and PTA plants will be an added advantage.

Accountability:

1. Overall accountability for safe, reliable and cost-effective operations of the petrochemical site.
2. Ownership of production delivery, asset reliability, maintenance effectiveness and operational cost management.
3. Accountable for process safety, statutory compliance and adherence to HSE standards across the site.
4. Leadership of site-wide operational excellence, continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

Skills:

1. Strong capability in managing end-to-end site operations, including production, maintenance, utilities and logistics.
2. Proven ability to lead and develop large, multidisciplinary teams (50+), including engineers, supervisors, and operating staff.
