Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Head will provide leadership and manage global accounts portfolio for the analytics delivery organization, while engaging with the C-suite customers with a consultative thinking.
• He/ She would lead, grow and mentor high calibre delivery professionals and create imminent leaders, while building market and industry specific capabilities.

• Identify the global market requisites and driving potential future growth by managing gross margins ideal team revenue mix, manage and grow customer relationships in value customer satisfaction, upsell & cross sell of services; by adding pertinent skill competences.
• As a senior leader, this role would be not just be responsible for the business development efforts but also be instrumental for providing solutions towards the organizational development innovation, create novel services mapping the market needs by solution development RFPs.
• He/ She must be a leader, who would have dealt global delivery teams with large head counts. (Team size 200+ members).

Education Qualification and Experience:

• Advanced level degree in engineering or quantitative subjects.
• 15+ years of Experience level.
