We are actively searching for a Data leader to assume responsibility for advancing their analytics and data engineering capabilities across different business functions. Key Responsibilities :

• An ideal candidate would bring 12+ years of experience with a bachelor’s or advanced degree (MS / Higher) in Computer science/Applied mathematics/Data management/Information Systems/statistics.
• Experience in developing and managing strategic data & analytics roadmaps to advance business capabilities.
• The individual will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including a collaborative working style, the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively. The right candidate will have a strong operational focus and discipline.
• Having domain expertise in retail and supply chain, along with a strong passion for addressing business challenges in the retail industry, is an additional advantage.
• Experience in working with Big Data environment and cloud technologies, specifically emphasizing Big Query, Azure, and Google query languages, to effectively handle data storage, processing, and analysis tasks for existing datasets.
• Experience in advanced analytics, utilizing machine learning and statistical modelling techniques. Includes understanding various algorithms, model training and evaluation, feature engineering, statistical concepts, and applying analytics to solve complex business problems and enhance customer experiences.
