Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in partnering with the stakeholders in defining the technology roadmap, strategy, timelines, goals
• and resource management etc.
• Applying in-depth knowledge and expertise to oversee the technology initiatives right from ideation to launch.
• Design and develop complex models or tools and apply them to define strategy and drive the appropriate technology & business solutions.
• Responsible for building high-performing teams where each team member feels the impact of their work
• Identify needs, research potential vendors, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts and manage the ongoing relationship to ensure that the vendors delivers on their commitments.
• Lead a team of full stack developers to build a specific modules
• Hands on experience of software development methodologies, principles, procedures, software management, Release Management, DevOps, Agile Practices and support tools and services.
• Drive scrum model and adherence to support continuous deployment
• Make technology decisions along with architect to overcome technology debts
