Key Responsibilities:

• The role oversees the Engineering and Technology organization and provides Technical Thought leadership across the Functions with in Engineering Group that consists of Front-end, Bank-end, Data Engineering, ML Engineering, QA testing ,Architecture Council with an ability to manage and oversee the delivery of multiple technology projects as per the organization standards.
• Someone who can be part of the entire product lifecycle managing the challenges right from ideation to launch and be the interface of Content, AI, Engineering and Design.
• Be a custodian of effective planning and running sprints following agile way and institutionalizing new feature launches to certain standards
• Take signoff from the CEO for business, engineering, and product decisions or requirements.
• Motivate, empower and nurture teams to become effective at communication, time management and reporting.
• Looking for a Technology leader with 15- 20 years of experience.
• Prefer to have start-up/ consumer Internet organization exp.
