Our Client who is pure play Microsoft ISV player, primarily focused on Application development & modernization and Azure Technologies is  looking to onboard  MS Practice Head – Application Development forits Bangalore/ Hyderabad location in the hot, growing market of Cloud and Data/AI related IT services leveraging Microsoft Azure. Looking for a Practice Director who is highly technically competent and responsible for building high performing technology teams, define best practices & assist teams to operationalize them and be a trusted leader in cutting edge technologies and innovations (App Dev, Infra & Devops and O365) which will accelerate in delivering world class solutions to its customers.

Qualification :

• Overall 20 years of experience with majority in mid-size IT services firms
• At least 15 years of experience managing onsite-offshore based delivery
• Single-handedly owned, executed and grown account portfolio of $5Mil from onsite or offshore
• Be well-versed with Microsoft Technology landscape at Level 200
• Exceptional relationship building and management skills to deliver superior services
• Ability to travel to US 2-3 times in a year to meet the customer/ prospects (Must have a valid US Business visa)
