🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct in-depth industry and company research for executive searches.
✅ Develop talent pipelines and map leadership structures.
✅ Leverage LinkedIn, databases, and research tools to identify top candidates.
✅ Support consultants with target lists, candidate profiles, and market insights.
✅ Engage in initial candidate outreach and screening.
✅ Maintain candidate data and prepare research reports for client briefings.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

📌 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Market Research, or related fields.
📌 1-3 years of experience in market research, executive search, or recruitment.
📌 Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market data.
📌 Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other research tools.
📌 Excellent communication and organizational skills.
