Key Responsibilities :

• A growth leader with a commercial construct thought process, he/ she would be instrumental in devising strategy, setting up the commercial team, managing the delivery and client engagements. The Business Head will provide leadership and manage global accounts portfolio for the Data & Analytics LOB, while engaging with the C-suite customers with consultative thinking.
• The individual will be responsible for the overseeing the overall delivery management which includes budgeting, resource management, leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Responsible for scaling and revenue growth. Identify the global market requisites and driving potential future growth by managing gross margins ideal team revenue mix, manage and grow customer relationships in value customer satisfaction, upsell & cross sell of services; by adding pertinent skill competences
• Navigate through the internal and external business stakeholders for effective delivery, besides collaboration with functional stakeholders across business lines.
• Join forces along with the sales and account management teams to develop new business and grow the existing accounts.
• He/ She would lead, grow and mentor high caliber delivery, sales professionals and create imminent leaders, while building capability, specific to industry requisites.
• Ability to develop standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards
