Commencing her professional journey in Delhi, she later relocated to Chennai to establish and lead operations for an international search firm. Her responsibilities encompassed overseeing day-to-day activities, managing staffing, cultivating the brand and business, spearheading client acquisition, and executing mandates. Neetu excelled in securing and managing large clients, particularly specializing in IT, ITES, Manufacturing, and Auto industries for C Suite mandates.

Taking a hiatus to focus on raising children and nurturing a business, she swiftly ensured the success and independence of both endeavors. During this period, she also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition for a prominent infrastructure development organization before redirecting her formidable skills back to her passion: Executive Search.
