She holds strong experience in industry research and mapping strategies to focus on headhunting the best professionals and has successfully managed searches across the globe. She works with some of the leading names in the industry and manages several key client engagements that is ranging from start-ups to large enterprises. Preetha has grown along with the analytics Industry, possess deep subject matter expertise, plays an advisory role to address the hiring needs and well networked with AI & Analytics leadership globally.

Prior to joining CxSearch Preetha was associated with Positive Moves Consulting, part of the infrastructure practise she has served clients including large global organizations across power, marine, oil & gas, metals and mining, logistics, EPC and real estate who are disrupting the industry and playing a critical role in the driving the economy of developing nations.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from University of Calicut and a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from SCDL Pune
