Santhosh brings over two decades of extensive experience in Global Executive Search and Recruitment, combined with IT proficiency, and has a successful track record of driving critical leadership searches across North America. He excels in helping clients identify their Global Sales/Revenue Heads and GTM leadership, as well as strategic talent in Cloud, Digital, Analytics, AI/ML, and Enterprise Applications spanning various
domains and industries.

Currently serving as the North America Delivery Leader at CxSearch Global Partners, Santhosh is actively involved in the GTM practice. He collaborates closely with the client organizations across diverse clientele, ranging from startups to large enterprises, to help them identify, evaluate, and hire top GTM and Growth leadership. He is also responsible for managing key client engagements and mining the existing client portfolio.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University. His interests include Wildlife, Cars, and Travel.
