Shwetha brings with her close to a decade experience in recruiting and executive search for the technical, R&D and functional talent hiring across multiple industries including but not limited to BFSI, Engineering, Process, Industrial, Pharmaceutical.

In her current role as an Associate Principal - Rinalytics at CxSearch Global Partners, she is helping clients ranging from start-ups to large enterprises, identify leadership and strategic talent in the entire spectrum of Analytics, Data Science and Data Engineering. She is also responsible for managing some of the key client engagements, and involved in pursuits of new client acquisitions besides mining the existing client portfolio.

She is passionate about growing teams and dreams; building long term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates alike.

She holds a Bachelors’ degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. When not recruiting, she enjoys spending time with her child, reading novels and traveling.
