She consistently builds revenue from the ground up, develops high‑performing teams, and forges lasting relationships with senior stakeholders in India and global markets.

Before joining CxSearch Global Partners, Surbhi held leadership roles at FedEx Express, Meero Technologies, and Spyne.ai. She delivered strong commercial outcomes, scaling markets from zero, winning global accounts, and driving go‑to‑market strategies across South Asia and Europe. At FedEx, she was recognized as a Top Performer for 25 quarters and received the prestigious Presidents Club Award. At Meero Technologies, she was the firm’s first hire in Asia and grew the India market from inception.

Surbhi’s transition into executive search allows her to apply her commercial acumen and stakeholder‑management experience to talent advisory. At CxSearch, she works closely with clients across sectors, supporting senior‑leadership and C‑suite mandates with a focus on business development and candidate assessment.

She holds an MBA in Marketing from Alliance Business School, Bangalore, and has completed an advanced leadership programme at Michigan State University. She is also an alumna of the Indian School of Business’s leadership programme.
