Kumar Krishnan who founded Prospect Partners as a boutique search firm over a decade ago, now joins CxSearch as Partner. He has been a trusted advisor to several c-suites and has successfully delivered CxO and other senior mandates with global responsibilities for prestigious, multi-billion dollar clients across industries, including Fortune 500 as well as promoter led companies.

Prior to establishing Prospect Partners, Kumar has a rich experience working with global organizations. He holds a Master’s in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
